Raintown Florist's staff was professional and very accommodating. Superb customer service. Ordered a flower box via whatsapp for my mother's surprise birthday during our 3D2N staycation in Taiping. The flowers were fresh, tastefully selected and beautifully arranged. Reasonably priced too. It was so pretty. My mom really loved it Highly recommended

Raintown Florist's staff was professional and very accommodating. Superb customer service.

I'm really upset with the service. The flowers weren't fresh. I asked about the flower freshness on WhatsApp, but I didn't get proper replies. The rose petals fell after just 2 hours.I spent money to make someone's day special, but I had to buy another bouquet from a different place. Please take responsibility for the money customers spend on your service.

Super good service from Raintown. Professional and very patience to my requests. I made order for same day delivery. Bouquets are lovely, creative and priced reasonably. Color combination is nice. I would highly recommend Raintown to others. Fast & efficient. I'm impressed!

Very happy with the flower prepared by the staff, Ida. Very responsible. The 1st flower bouquet colour did not match with the wrapping paper n the staff willing to re do it n very beautiful the 2nd bouquet. Price also reasonable compare with other florist. Definely will repeat order in future n highly recommended. 👍👍

I ordered via grab, however the stupid grab driver sent to my neigbour house. When I call him, still he don't want to pick up call. Sent message he tak layan. When I ask my mum to take from neigbour, she said the flower is missing and the neighbours did not answer the door after few times calling. I Complain to grab till now got no answer. In my order I sent message to this flower centre the right address as well. They r very careless to take care of the delivery. Never even inform the driver to take pic ture of whom receiving it. There are just be ignored. Don't order from here. They have lousy servise. I called them they only said so sad u dint receive. That's all.
