服务我的女性工作者都很不错且尽心尽力，但是最近去的一次令我非常不愉快，在我因为犹豫要不要购买而进出几次后听到一位服务生大喊说我一直不要买，但全程并未有人为我服务且我并没有耗费任何人的时间，希望作为古晋唯一的一家sephora可以多多培训员工并好好筛选员工，在没有提供任何服务的情况下高高在上的看不起人我认为非常可笑

Dear Sephora Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Kuching store. I had made an appointment for brow waxing through your official website. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the Benefit Brow Bar staff had already left for the day as she was on a morning shift.

If the service was not available, I don’t understand why the booking system still allowed me to schedule the appointment. This led to a significant inconvenience and a waste of my time.

Additionally, I was quite disheartened by the way the situation was handled in-store. The staff merely told me that the brow technician had finished her shift, without offering any solution or sincere apology. I believe your team could benefit from further training in customer service to handle such situations with more professionalism and empathy.

I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take steps to improve both your booking system and in-store customer experience.

I went into the store wanting to buy the GHD Travel Hair Dryer. The staff attended to me were friendly and helpful. I said i want to try the hair dryer, she went on to seek the help of her two more senior colleagues. They were so attentive and they help me plug in the hair dryer making sure its working well and they carefully explained to me on the warranty and the feature of the hair dryer. Overall a pleasant experience and efficient one. Thank you.

Pleasant shopping experience as there were not pushy staffs around. They only followed you around waiting for any assistance if needed. This store is pretty big but they dont sell as much hair products as other Sephora branches.

I had a disappointing experience at Sephora due to the staff's rude and ignorant behavior. Their lack of customer service skills left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better from a reputable beauty retailer like Sephora. To make matters worse, the gift wrapping at Sephora was subpar – the paper was torn, and it seemed like I could have done a better job wrapping the gift myself. The overall presentation was disappointing, adding to the negative impression created by the unhelpful staff.

the customer services was really bad, the staff were present but was not helpful at all. They can be easily found just roaming round the store, did not bother to hand in baskets or help customers with the products. Was really disappointed with the services and wished they could do better.
