The worst parcel delivery in this world…
Never inform once the parcel arrive to the receiver when I’m busy,can send a sms…
The driver & the contact centre also never do her job accordingly,
Already said urgent with the parcel but still never do his or her job…
Sucks service
Just know how to blame the customer did not pick calls,must understand customer busy not free,
Can send sms or WhatsApp to the customer to inform..

Never use their service anymore!!!

I am from Bukit Mertajam, Penang. I used to have great confidence in your company. Now I am very disappointed. The courier said it would arrive soon, but it has not arrived for several days. This courier was very important, but in the end it has become unimportant. I feel very discouraged.我这是槟城大山脚区的.以前对你们家是很有信心的.现在很失望.快递说快要到了,但几天都还没到.这快递很重要,到最后都成不重要了.感觉非常灰心.

Becareful, there is a scam internally. 5 min after I received the goods, a malay lady call and say actually they missed out collecting custom tax of rm400 and she able to tell detail of the shipment. Then she ask to pay to her. But the goods already delivered and there is no invoice or custom documents. Some other might have paid it if they don't understand custom practice. Becareful when using. Other than that, delivery time is smooth.

I have been told by SF express after dropping off my parcel that I need company name and business invoice even though I repeatedly told them I'm sending an item to a friend in China.

I have repeatedly told them I'm sending this item to a person, not a business and their staff eventually told me because I'm delivering to a person and not a business, they cannot ship my parcel.

What kind of postal service does not do personal to personal overseas parcel delivery?

Had to go to POS malaysia instead, lousy customer service from SF express and wasted my time coming to drop off my parcel here

Bought a hard disk from Amazon, delivered by SF express. The shipper just threw my hard disk into the house, rang the bell and ran away. Didn't even bother to pick up my call after that.

Of course, the hard disk is broken now.
