建議可以有分行的直接對接聯繫方式，可以更加方便得知需要的資訊。雖說有提供網絡客服服務，但是這對不熟悉電腦的人來說很不方便。還有就是需要上網填寫寄貨單，這有點煩瑣

价钱不透明，很多而外收费（油费+总额的35%（客服回答会抽10-40%，原因不详））但不会告诉你原因也不会给你看明细的收据。建议不要用这家， Fedex， DHL 和其他的都不会乱收费

The company itself is very organized and efficient. I can't say much about the local branch staffs. As long as you do your part of the work, such as filling up the awb and invoice, nothing much will happen. Always a smooth delivery.

Why you put different price at the invoice which totally different invoice you give to the gmarket website? What I pay should be put in the invoice. Not increase it so that you get RM50 for custom clearance. Item supposedly below rm500 and can bypass

Had started to use SF Global Express for my Singapore goods since the MCO in March. Have found their services very reliable. The Pickup employee En Sy Mohd Hafiz has been very responsible and his commitment is amazing. He will WhatsApp to inform of the time of arrival and will not hesitate to render whatever additional assistance like waiting a little while, or even picking up the same day's consignment. Kudos and all praise to this gentleman for his excellent service
