As someone living in rural Sabah, this courier service is really inconvenient. I have to pick up the parcel myself, the office is far from town, and when the runner brings the parcels to town, they set a fixed time to collect them. Please take this comment seriously to improve the SPX system in rural Sabah.

sebagai org yg duduk pedalaman sabah, sangat menyusahkan courier ni. kena pickup sendiri satu hal, office jauh dari pekan satu hal, bila runner dia bawak pergi pekan dorang tetapkan pula masa untuk ambil barang tu. tolong titikberatkan komen ni untuk penambahbaikkan sistem spx dekat pedalaman sabah.

I visited SPX Express to return a Shopee product and the staff was really helpful and efficient throughout the process. The only challenge was communication, as English wasn't widely spoken, but overall the service was smooth and courteous. Would recommend for easy Shopee returns.

But I didn't receive pin numbers, I think this is their family business 😔

Close at 7:15pm. I reach the place at 7:05pm. They said closed shop already. They don't allow me to collect the items. And ask me come tomorrow morning at 10am.
