I am writing to complain about the utterly horrible condition of the Shopee Self-Collection point. This was, without a doubt, the worst parcel collection experience I have ever had.

The entire operation is crammed into one incredibly small, cramped room. There is only one single counter to serve everyone, which creates a massive bottleneck. Because of this, a long line of customers are forced to wait, packed together like sardines in this tiny space.

To make matters worse, there is no air conditioning. The room is extremely hot, stuffy, and unbearably uncomfortable. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes in that sweltering heat is not just an inconvenience; it's a health and safety issue. It feels completely unprofessional and neglects the basic well-being of customers.

This setup is inefficient, stressful, and entirely unfit for purpose. I will never use this self-collection point again and would strongly advise others to avoid it unless they want to waste their time and endure unnecessary discomfort. Shopee, you need to address these conditions immediately—get a bigger space, install air conditioning, and have more staff on duty. This is not acceptable.

Duduk di rumah minta kurier hantar je. Jangan ingat nak jimat tu RM3 tp datang sini beratur sampai 1-2 jam. Hargailah masa kamu. Tempat ni memang tidak sesuai untuk self-collect. Pilihlah tempat lain untuk self-collect kalau ada. Please value your time.

No wonder your branch receives so many complaints! You’re clearly not taking your responsibility seriously. I’ve noticed that every parcel handled by your branch always arrives later than the actual delivery date. Not just once, but multiple times. The system always updates “out for delivery” early in the morning, yet I wait the entire day and still nothing arrives!

And the reason given was absolutely unreasonable, “unsuccessful delivery due to bad weather”? The rain only started around 3 p.m., while your system showed “out for delivery” at 7 a.m.! What were your riders doing for the next 8 hours?

barang smpi sabah 18hb, 19 kunun out for delivery after berapa kali kunun mau hantar. tahu2 25hb barang kena return... lucu bah kamu kerja... teruskan kamu berkerja mcm ini ha...

Betul² saya tidak puas hati sy sda smpai d sni untuk self collect gara² pnghntran lambat di tempat rumah saya dan drng tidak mau bagi sy parcel sy alasan nanti kmi sndiri hantar besok katanya sekali sampai sekarang blum kena hantar masih hoii bagi sejalah barang sy tue gilaa punya pengurusan

This is the worst SPX collection point ever. Waited for over 1 hour to queue to get my parcel, the queue was long and the staff were working extremely slow. The entire operation is just in a small room without any air ventilation and making it very uncomfortable with so many people waiting as well.

Although buyer self-collection is stated from 10am-6pm, they are still not ready with the parcel and have to dig somewhere else in the store for so long. Will never use this pickup collection again. Extremely terrible experience.
