我购买了一张天然石头的餐桌(RM1899的JOYA NATURAL MARBLE TOP DINNING SET)，商家承诺颜色不会偏黄，但收到后，颜色非常偏黄，与购买时的描述差距很大。 我是当场在店看实物的,第一次发现原来实物颜色美(可能是店家打灯效果),网站照片是实际的颜色(偏黄).我是过后才发现网上照片才是跟收到的餐桌一模一样颜色(一样的黄)

我理解天然石材会有一定的色差，但作为消费者，有权在购买前了解真实的色泽。尤其是在我明确问了颜色是否会偏黄、商家也明确否认的前提下，这种结果让人很失望。

联系售后时，对方态度一般，没有积极解决方案，也没有任何补偿或解释,就说天然石头是这样的颜色。当我提出想要加钱换另外一张餐桌时候,店家是不允许加钱更换,因为选择了信用卡分期,不能额外收取extra费用(如果换桌子),同时表明如果要换会收取回收之前买的餐桌费用之类.

产品本身材质还算扎实，但整个购买体验非常不满意。如果你对颜色有要求，建议三思. 这家店内的灯光有差导致不能呈现真实颜色, 尤其是这款RM1899的JOYA NATURAL MARBLE TOP DINNING SET餐桌

I purchased a natural stone dining table (the JOYA NATURAL MARBLE TOP DINNING SET, RM1899). The seller promised a non-yellowish color, but upon receiving it, it was very yellowish, significantly different from the description. I saw the item in person in the store, and was immediately impressed by its beautiful color (perhaps due to the store's lighting). The website photo showed the actual color (which was yellowish). It was only later that I realized the online photo was the exact same color (the same yellow) as the table I received.

I understand that natural stone can have some color variation, but as a consumer, you have the right to know the true color before purchasing. This result was particularly disappointing, especially since I specifically asked about the yellowish tint and the seller explicitly denied it.

When I contacted customer service, their attitude was indifferent. They offered no proactive solution, no compensation, and no explanation, simply stating that natural stone is a natural color. When I asked to pay extra to exchange the table, the store wouldn't allow it. Because I'd chosen a credit card installment plan, they couldn't charge extra fees (for table changes). They also said that if I wanted to exchange, they'd have to pay for the table I already bought.

The product itself is made of solid material, but the overall purchasing experience was very disappointing. If you have a particular color preference, think again. The lighting in this store is poor, which prevents the true colors from being displayed, especially on the RM1899 JOYA NATURAL MARBLE TOP DINNING SET.

TD家具Sitiawan分店联系我说他们的老板看到了我的评论，并提出可以送一张新的桌子过来，看看我是否需要更换。检查之后，我决定更换一套价值2599令吉的餐桌椅。然而，店家却告诉我没货了。虽然他们的网站上仍然显示有货。然后说需要我用(RM1899+RM1134 (top up)=RM3033买因为也没有promotion了。直至,我终于知道他们不是诚心来解决问题的唉。算了，反正也不会比第一次更糟糕了。这到底是大型商店欺骗顾客，还是销售人员的问题？我很感谢老板愿意安排货给我看,但是结局依然是这样,藉口太多? 我不知道，但我还是想用我这次RM1899的餐桌经历来提醒自己,一次而已。

TD Furniture's Sitiawan branch contacted me and said their boss saw my review and offered to send a new table to see if I needed a replacement. After checking, I decided to replace it with a Pixy Marble Dining table with PU leather seats, valued at RM2599. However, the store told me I would have to pay an additional RM1134 (if I only wanted the table + fabric seats). My goodness, are fabric chairs more expensive than PU leather chairs? I don't understand their pricing! Furthermore, they told me they were out of stock, and only the Sitiawan branch had a display table left. Although their website still showed it as in stock. So they needed me to buy it for (1899+1134=3033) because there were no more promotions. Finally, I realized they weren't sincerely trying to resolve the problem. Is this a case of a large store deceiving customers, or is it a problem with the sales staff? I don't know, but I still want to share my experience with this RM1899 dining table to warn others.
