Terrible experience with TNT, an important shipment of documents was booked for timed delivery on December 3rd at 18.00, it arrived at KLIA early morning on the 3rd, and the didn't move at all. Customer service promised to call back but never did. Now it's noon on the 4th and the package is apparently in Shah Alam, with status pending.

And the email status updates I subscribed to aren't coming either, I have to manually reload the page every time. Utterly useless, I need those documents ASAP!

The worst logistic company ever!!!
Package was shipped out on 26th, from KL to Kapar, yet the package was sent back-and-forth between Shah Alam and Seremban 3 times!
On 29th the package is still missing in nowhere!
Tried to call customer service but got patched to FedEx instead, agent made promises to call back but to no avail.
Seriously?! The management of FedEx should really look at this utterly lousy acquisition of TNT!
If TNT can’t do your job, just quit from the market, and to FedEx, why even bother to share the load with TNY?!

They are very irresponsible and have poor customer service. TNT did not declare our shipments as repair and return and caused us to be charged with SST for RM 6000+. Its absurd! When we asked for refund, they admitted the mistake but they are delaying it and not responsive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COURIER SERVICE

Hi semua kalau anda nk import brg dari luar pastikan jgn guna TNT Fedex ni semua selalu kena cukai.. i dh berniaga bertahun2. bawa masuk berkilo2 kain dari Indonesia.. tetapi ada 2/3 pembekal masih menggunakan this courier. dan bermula semalam kami ambil
keputusan tidak menggunakan tnt fedex lagi.. berpuluh2 suplier dari sana tp i recommend use aramex.. tidak pernah sekalipun i dikenakan cukai.. biar lambat sikit asal selamat duit kita.. cukup lah kita bayar cukai dekat kerajaan tiap2 tahun atas company.. dgn itu jadilah peniaga yg bijak. duit untung bayar cukai je baik sedekah.. sharing is caring.

Big company without proper system. Requested for change of address, call staff confirmed thrice in three different calls the address has been changed. But the next day call for update they mention no change of address request has been made. and it's going to the old address!!

Poor services. Update on status as to contact receiver but never call. Have to call up. There is no effort at all and do not share sense of urgency despite paying a hefty price for the services.

Ridiculous system & policy, need to keep calling for status. Their side not clearing amount being paid, no prior notice suspended customer account. And holding our goods in their warehouse not release ot out.
