千万不要使用这间集运公司，效率非常慢 ，价钱非常贵 ， 客服根本帮不到你，他们只会一再拖延的拖延，每次都会用他们的仓库爆点啦 站点爆点啦， 每天都经过他们的站点，根本就没人没货， 每次只会用这个借口忽悠客户， 完全没信用可言的一家集运公司！空运服务可以一个月都没收到货， 海运服务会超过45天才收到， 老实说，强烈建议不要使用，难怪在每个社交平台他们都满满的负评，这次真的吸取教训了！

大约8-9年前就开始使用wepost服务，起初淘宝直运和集运还没开始时，个人觉得wepost应该是当时最好的，随着淘宝的服务越来越进步，凸显出wepost的服务每况愈下，同一个时间仓库签收开始计算到发货，淘宝只用了3-5天便到我手中，包括了非工作日，反观wepost，签收到进仓库，用了一天半，发货到等航班，用了三天，从清关完成到kulai的仓库，用了一天半。整个流程一个星期了都不会收到货，

I am extremely disappointed with this service. My shipment has been delayed for over 1 month and 2 weeks, and until now, the goods are still stuck in China waiting for clearance. The items are only around 6kg+, yet I was charged more than RM500, which I accepted because I hoped for safe and fast delivery.

Unfortunately, not only was the delivery not on time, but the customer support was also unhelpful — replying like a robot and only asking me to “wait” without giving any real solution. Because of this delay, I have lost my customer’s trust and business opportunities, which has caused me a huge loss.

I understand inspections are required for dangerous goods, but this should be handled by the shipping company, not pushed onto the customer with no updates or accountability.

Very disappointed and will not recommend this service.

这是我第一次使用 WePost 运输服务，这次选的是私人敏感海运。初时还很有疑虑的咨询了很多，客服很有耐性，都一一为我解答，态度很好。
WePost 系统记录很棒，所有流程都清楚交代，也有包裹实时照片。包裹打包得很扎实，从打包、运输、清关到送货到家 速度都很快。很满意的一次体验，谢谢 WePost ！

lousy service. First time using this kind of service for my company. I may first all things runs well but they never tell you the whole story, end up I need to pay for my send up to the address for high rise building on the day of delivery. I told them from the first day, I need doorstep delivery because my company on high rise building. After arguing, they discount rm10, and I only paid rm20. But when the lift can’t fit for the good, the delivery guys refused to help me to deliver the good upstairs through stairs even I offered them more guys to help. They just leave my good at the lobby and left. The company did returned the rm20 to me.

Yes, rm20 was too low the price but I never thought that’s it. If they help with supports from more guys, I definitely will pay them more for helps out.

The point I am angry and frustrated were I told the company in almost every chats, I needs doorstep delivery delivery. But what I get was blames that I don’t checked the box other apps or web. I don’t do that because

1. Their website and apps are confusing. I am new to this kind of services, so I asked a lot through chats and even called when my good reached their warehouse, so I can know whether to choose sea freight and others like insurance etc. I don’t know but every conversation I said I needs doorstep delivery delivery. End up with paying the delivery fee on delivery day. And being dumped at the lobby cause the lift cannot fit in the 100kg good. I already asked multiple times for doorstep delivery delivery but when lift not fit, the delivery guys just refused and be gone.

Luckily my office building is under renovation, with the helps from the building bosses, they instructed those workers to help me delivered the good to my floor through lobby lift. Though I am still waiting for the bill… but still I am grateful for their help.

So I told myself WePost will never ever on my list anymore.

Yes. They give discount and sounds good before I choose their service. But from their service and response, NOPE! They are not good and not professional.

With 95% reminder for delivery matters, they didn’t take heart. Maybe my good is too small for them, but at least shown some professional service and support la~

Very bad customer service, I had been using this service for at lease 5 times I never get any problem of it, but after you really met a problem, then you know. They didn't provide a good service to their customer. I asked for refund, and a explanations, as they damage my parcel when arrive my house. I message China website, they asked me to contact Malaysia hub. I contact Malaysia hub, they told me to message customer service. But the WhatsApp number that provide is a ghost number. No one reply and even read the message. Which means until now had been 4 - 5 days, no one follow up, even I contacted again the Malaysia hub. What the hell is this. Never again use this service. Disappointed.

真的越来越差，越来越慢，一直超过派送日期，而且回复根本机械式，无法解决问题，最后还是自己解决花多几十块叫lalamove 。
可以的话找别的选择吧，不鼓励这家公司..换换换！
