Today I had an absolutely shocking and dangerous encounter with a driver from Xin Hwa Transport. I was driving safely in my own lane when the lorry suddenly, without any warning, swerved straight into my lane—even though we were already right next to him. The driver showed complete disregard for whether the vehicles behind could react or avoid in time. This is not just careless—it’s downright reckless.

If Xin Hwa employs drivers like this and allows them to operate on the road so irresponsibly, the company is essentially setting up accidents waiting to happen. A transport company that can’t even ensure the basic safety of its operations—how can anyone trust them? I sincerely hope Xin Hwa takes this issue seriously before it leads to an irreversible tragedy.

Extremely dishonest warehouse. Driver already acknowledged goods undelivered. Yet, their people can blame receiver didn't check items quantity. Been dealing them with years but this round it's been overboard.

Clean place. Every morning leader arranged briefing to workers. Easy and fast loading services by worker's & staff.

Poor collection process. Not informed that to collect you have to register at collection counter then only they start the process. So only they find where our carton is and what not, which already made you wait for 30-40 minutes just waiting for 'processing'. Then you take a slip bring to loading bay, wait some more until your carton arrives. I ordered only 1 carton mind you. Suggestion : perhaps company can do a pre-register online? Where purchasers can confirm order no and collection date/time so the processing becomes 'faster'? Freaking too long, man. I stepped out of office for this. At least you can inform your customers that the process in total is freaking 45min - 1 hour lah baru orang boleh plan masa awal2. Dari kaunter kerajaan sampai ke kaunter swasta; semua nak macam ni. Aduh, penat.

Poor drainage system, the road Infront of the building always flooded and bad road condition. You guys can build a large warehouses here but the drainages are so poor and small like your mother’s.. Money is so important than the environment. The people who approved this building is such an imbecile. This building should not be here beside the damansara river..
