Try to make a call to contact with the outlet but after the phone was picked, ask me to enter the password in order to communicate with customer service…

I never know we have to type an unknown password to reach the customer service…

After I rate 1 star in the review, the PIC has call me to figure out the problem, I would like to rate 3 star for the service as in they have follow up with customer and promise to imporove their service.
